Jacques Solovière Paris offers a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear in original packaging. We ensure a seamless process to maintain the artisanal standards and satisfaction our clientele expects.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and blue box, ensuring they are packed inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our Parisian workshop, our team will inspect the items and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
